My appointment was virtually on time, the nurse was very friendly and competent, considering I had test my blood form at home.
I don't think anything could be improved.

I phoned at 8.25 and got very pleasant receptionist.
My GP Dr Justine was not there was offered Dr Oliver who was very easy to talk to and put my mind at rest with his diagnosis.
I had pleasant encounter with Dr Justin two weeks earlier, I hear horror stories at the Q U O M.
